You’re invited to “Yoga at the Dairy,” a nurturing, all-levels practice. The offering is being hosted at the historic Seven Acre Dairy Company which originally housed The Paoli Creamery in 1888.

Join Patti in a heart-centered, embodied yoga practice that develops balance, strength, and flexibility of body, breath, and mind. Experience yoga that goes below the surface, inviting you to lead with your internal compass.

REGISTRATION: Must register for all classes for 5 of 10 Class Pass options with payment. Classes can be rescheduled up to two hours prior to each session and are valid for two months.

Please bring along a MAT (which will be provided for Inn guests). Props will be provided for all. Meet you to MOO-VE on the Mat!
