This invitation-only, nurturing, all-levels yoga practice is being hosted at an historic East side home built in 1937. Please bring along a MAT and layers for autumn warmth. Props will be provided.
Join Patti in a heart-centered, embodied yoga practice that develops balance, strength, and flexibility of body, breath, and mind. Experience yoga that goes below the surface, inviting you to lead with your internal compass.
